Service to the community, especially those in which we operate, form part of the core values of GK Insurance (GKI). As such, finding ways to give back and providing support to those in need remains top priority for our company.
We are certain that however minute the effort, any act of kindness may have a resounding impact on someone’s life. We also recognise the significance of providing those less fortunate with tools needed for self empowerment. While we support the community, our core focus of activities is early childhood education, an area in which GKI wholeheartedly invests.
Earlier this year the team visited the Tower Street Homework Centre located in Downtown Kingston, where we were able to refresh the space with a thorough cleaning in addition to having all hands on deck to coat the walls with fresh paint. Part of the finished space included a new vibrant mural that was created as a source of inspiration for the youth who frequent the homework centre.
